Banfield, a veterinary hospital network, seeks a Client Service Coordinator to optimize client and pet flow, educate owners on wellness plans, and deliver friendly, efficient service. You’ll greet clients, gather pet histories, process records, and support the veterinary team to ensure a welcoming experience.

The role emphasizes communication, scheduling, and accurate billing in a busy hospital environment.

Responsabilidades

• Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc. within self and team.
• Recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and directing flow for productivity.
• Maximize the number of pets seen through a well-run hospital to support wellness plans.
• Provide professional, efficient service, educate clients about pet health.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and hospital services.
• Assist incoming clients with paperwork, pet data entry, IDs and prompt service.
• Assist outgoing clients by providing instructions, invoices, prescriptions and scheduling.
• Manage finances with accurate balances and proper opening/closing procedures.
• Conduct administrative functions as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
