Tractor Supply Company in Monroe, GA is seeking a Store Team Member to assist the Store Manager and ensure outstanding customer service while caring for live animals. You will participate in merchandising, opening/closing, cash handling, and daily store operations.

This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and a positive customer experience. Experience with pets or live animals is preferred, and basic computer skills are needed. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or pet/live animal knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Execute basic, promotional, and seasonal merchandising activities.
• Open/close procedures and cash handling.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain safe and productive work environment and follow policies.
• Care for live animals, sanitize holding areas, and support animal welfare.
• Resolve customer issues and participate in training new Team Members.
• Perform janitorial duties and manage stock/organize workflow.
