Responsibilities

• Store operations: open/close, supervise partners, ensure a safe, welcoming environment for pets and customers.
• Deliver friendly, knowledgeable service and support store leadership on floor operations.
• Lead on-floor problem solving and ensure smooth daily operations and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with inventory and pricing accuracy.
• Provide guidance to partners during shifts and escalate concerns to leadership as needed.
