Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail experience.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar tools.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 65 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver neighborly service by helping a pet parent pick the right toy.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and assist customers with selections.
• Support daily operations and ensure a smooth shift.
• Assign tasks and help team manage priorities and time.
• Assist customers with product selections and provide recommendations.
• Process transactions and handle returns or issues.
• Place and manage special orders and online orders.
