Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail experience is required.
• Strong customer service and sales skills are essential.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar tools.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, twist, and lift up to 65 lbs and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pawsitively exceptional, neighborly service by helping customers select products.
• Assist customers with product recommendations and demonstrations to enhance shopping experience.
• Support daily store operations and ensure smooth shift execution.
• Assign tasks and help team members manage priorities and time.
• Process transactions, support the register, and handle returns or issues.
• Place and manage special orders and online order fulfillment.
• Reconcile cash drawers and complete end-of-day procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
