Petco Animal Supplies, Inc. is seeking a Key Holder to help ensure smooth daily operations, exceptional customer service, and a safe environment for pets and customers. You will lead on the floor, open/close the store, and serve as a liaison when management is not present.

This role emphasizes strong leadership, problem solving, and hands-on supervision of partners, with a focus on delivering a great in-store experience daily.

Qualifications

• Retail supervisory experience preferred.
• Able to lead on the sales floor and solve problems quickly.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfort with cash handling and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store, following cash handling and safety rules.
• Supervise partners and provide on-floor leadership during shifts.
• Deliver friendly, knowledgeable service to customers.
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising standards, and safety.
• Assist with inventory, restocking, and cycle counts.
• Address customer questions and resolve concerns promptly.
• Act as point of contact in the absence of store management.
