Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail experience.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar tools.
• Ability to stand, bend,stoop, twist and lift up to 65 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pawsitively exceptional, neighborly service by helping a pet parent pick the perfect toy for a lab who loves to fetch.
• Show a fourth grader how to test their fish tank water, creating a fun, welcoming experience.
• Support daily operations and help ensure a smooth, efficient shift.
• Assign tasks and help team members manage priorities and time.
• Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations.
• Process transactions, support the register, and handle returns or issues.
• Place and manage special orders and online order fulfillment.
• Reconcile cash drawers and complete end‑of‑day procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
• Step in to support the team wherever needed during busy periods.
