Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in store operations, driving sales, loyalty, planning and delegating daily tasks.
• Lead Team Members and Salon Team Members counseling, staffing decisions, scheduling, and training.
• Serve as store leader in Manager's absence (PTO/LOA).
• Order live goods and store supplies; supervise receiving and merchandising.
• Coach team on store operations to grow sales and profitability.
• Execute price changes, promotions, and loss prevention practices.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure positive shopping experiences.
