Responsibilities

• Open and close the store while following cash handling, safety, and security protocols.
• Deliver friendly, knowledgeable service to every customer and supervise partners on shift.
• Assist with training new partners and reinforce best practices on the sales floor.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
• Support sales initiatives and promotions to help achieve store goals.
