• Lead and support store partners, open/close duties, and act as on-floor contact in management's absence.
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service and maintain a clean, organized environment.
• Execute merchandising standards, price accuracy, planograms, and promotions.
• Assist with inventory, restocking, and cycle counts; identify issues and report to leadership.
