Job summary

Hollywood Feed is seeking a Third Key Holder in the United States to support store leadership by opening and closing the shop, serving customers, and ensuring safe, efficient, and profitable operations while upholding our customer-first policy.

This role offers a competitive hourly wage of $15.50–$19 per hour, with weekend availability and opportunities to learn the POS system, stock shelves, and assist in staff training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to learn product lines and upsell.
• Valid driver's license with at least 2 years driving experience.
• Availability to work weekends and open/close shifts.

Responsibilities

• Open store before opening and close after hours.
• Assist customers and greet with courtesy.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products for pets and owners.
• Stock shelves and unload deliveries.
• Operate the POS system and manage transactions.
• Support training for new employees.
• Maintain cleanliness and set up displays.
• Participate in all scheduled educational sessions.
