Job summary

Hollywood Feed in Bartlett, TN is seeking a Third Key Holder to report to the Store Manager. You will open and close the store, greet customers, and ensure safe, efficient, and profitable operations while upholding our policy: Do what is right by the customer.

This position offers an hourly wage of $15.50 to $19 per hour, with tips, generous employee discounts, and free pet food and supplements as team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver\'s license with at least 2 years\' driving experience.
• Excellent customer service and sales ability.
• Ability to operate or learn the point-of-sale system.
• Willingness to lift up to 50 lbs and stand 8-10 hours.

Responsibilities

• Open the store before opening and close after closing to prepare for business operations.
• Assume managerial responsibilities when needed due to absences.
• Greet and assist customers following Hollywood Feed\'s standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of store products to meet pet and customer needs.
• Stock deliveries and maintain displays; assist with training new employees.
• Ensure weekend availability including 3 nights per week.
• Operate POS system: open/close registers, create customer accounts, process transactions, and perform cycle counts.
• Participate in weekly store maintenance and administrative duties.
• Safely operate company deliveries and delivery vehicle as required.
