Job summary

Hollywood Feed in Strongsville, OH is seeking a Third Key Holder who reports to the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager. You open and close the store, serve customers, and help ensure safe, efficient, and profitable operations while upholding the policy: Do what is right by the customer.

This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $15.50/hr to $19/hr. The role requires weekend availability, strong sales and customer service, product knowledge, and the ability to operate the POS

Qualifications

• Commitment to animals and their owners is vital at Hollywood Feed.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Proven sales and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of store products or ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to operate or learn the point-of-sale system.
• Valid driver's license with at least 2 years' driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and prepare for business operations.
• Greet and assist customers following established standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of store products to meet customer needs.
• Maintain open communication with supervisors and coworkers.
• Work independently and as part of a team; assist training for new employees.
• Maintain weekend availability including closing 3 nights per week.
• Unload and stock product deliveries.
• Operate the POS system: open/close registers, create accounts, process transactions, manage inventory.
• Participate in educational sessions and perform routine store maintenance.
