This role emphasizes sales through tours and enrollments, overseeing pet care tasks, scheduling, and maintaining safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory or management experience required.
• Background in pet care, daycare, boarding, or similar environment preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Sales-oriented mindset with proactive leadership.
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment.
• High emotional intelligence and professionalism.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Weekend, holiday, and flexible availability required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, and daily operational execution.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility aligned with brand standards.
• Deliver and model 5-Star customer service at every interaction.
• Drive sales by converting inquiries, tours, and walk-ins into enrollments.
• Promote services and packages tailored to each pet parent’s needs.
• Oversee feeding, medication, and daycare operations.
• Monitor pet health, safety, and behavior, escalating concerns as needed.
