Job summary

NVA Pet Resorts is seeking an energetic Assistant General Manager to help lead the Woodstock resort in Woodstock, Georgia. You’ll partner with the General Manager to run day-to-day operations, develop the team, and deliver outstanding care and service to pets and their people.

In this hands-on, full-time role you’ll focus on culture, guest experience, and performance, while coaching staff, managing schedules, and driving results in a fast-paced, pet-loving environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of customer service experience; leadership a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems required.

Responsibilities

• Model NVA values and leadership competencies.
• Coach and develop Shift Leads and Team Members.
• Lead staffing and schedule execution; ensure labor guidelines.
• Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain facility standards, safety, and cleanliness.
• Lead daily audits, checklists, and end-of-shift reporting.
