National Veterinary Associates (NVA) is seeking a hands-on General Manager for its pet resorts business to own resort performance, including revenue growth, EBITDA, and guest experience. You will lead a high-performing team, drive a sales-driven culture, and ensure operational excellence and pet safety across the resort.

The role requires 3-5+ years of management with P&L responsibility and experience in hospitality or related multi-service settings.

Qualifications
