Digs Dog Care is seeking a General Manager for a Western Suburb Chicago location. You will lead daily operations of a pet resort offering daycare, overnight boarding, grooming, and training, while guiding a team of 5–20+ teammates and driving customer satisfaction.

You will partner with the Area Manager to shape strategic plans, optimize labor, and ensure financial performance in line with annual budgets. Strong leadership and a passion for pet care are essential.

Formación

• On-site 5 days per week.
• Experience leading teams in a pet care or service business is required.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to manage labor budgets and costs.
• Proven track record of improving customer experience metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a team of 5-20+ direct reports.
• Oversee daily operations of a pet resort (daycare, boarding, grooming, training).
• Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and regulatory standards.
• Develop and execute local marketing plans and community outreach.
• Partner with Area Manager to align location goals with budget.
