NVA Pet Resorts is hiring a full-time General Manager for the PetSuites Hoover resort in Hoover, Alabama. You will lead operations, guest experiences, sales growth, and profitability while building a motivated team that delivers exceptional care and service.

The role blends hands-on leadership with business ownership; you’ll drive revenue, manage costs, maintain safety standards, and develop leaders across the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years of management experience with Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Strong operational leadership and ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the resort team to deliver exceptional pet care and customer service.
• Own resort performance including revenue, costs, and EBITDA.
• Drive a data-driven plan to meet regional and company initiatives.
• Hire, onboard, train, and retain a high-performing team across front- and back-of-house operations.
