Pet Paradise is seeking a Front Desk Associate at our Palm Beach Riviera resort to warmly welcome pet parents and their guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, coordinate suite placement, and handle phone, voicemail, and email communications with a friendly, solutions‑oriented approach.

Starting rate is $15.00/hour with staged raises, and the role includes advancement opportunities, scholarships through the Dog Training and Grooming Academies, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in a customer service role.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Cheerful, friendly, team-oriented attitude.
• Able to handle a fast-paced environment with urgency.
• Physically able to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome pet parents and guests, ensuring a positive first interaction.
• Organize and process check-ins/check-outs and suite placement.
• Walk pets for drop-off/pick-up and coordinate care logistics.
• Answer calls, voicemails, and emails promptly and professionally.
• Perform cashier and point-of-sale operations.
• Maintain cleanliness of entrance, lobby, and restrooms.
