Zusammenfassung

Pet Paradise is seeking a Front Desk Associate for our Viera resort. Starting rate is $15.00/hour with $0.50 raises at 6 months and annually thereafter. The role blends friendly guest service with hands-on pet care, including check-ins, walkies, and coordinating suite placements.

Qualifikationen

• One to two years in a customer service role (Customer Service, Call Center, Receptionist)
• Detailed, but can work with a sense of urgency while providing exceptional customer service
• Cheerful, friendly, and a positive team-oriented attitude
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail, especially where documentation is concerned
• Enjoys problem solving in order to provide our guests and customers with a premier experience
• This position requires a considerable amount of physical labor, including pet handling, walking, and standing for long periods of time
• Comfortable being around dogs of all sizes and physically able to lift up to 60 lbs
• Flexibility to resort schedule needs including days, night, weekends, holidays, and peak times

Aufgaben

• Welcoming pet parents and their pets as they enter the resort with a smile and friendly conversation
• Organizing and processing check-ins and check-outs
• Walking dogs for drop-off and pickup and coordinating suite placement
• Answering incoming phone calls, voicemail, and emails promptly and courteously
• Completing cashier and point-of-sale operations
• Communicating with pet parents and resort leadership as needed
• Maintaining cleanliness of the entrance, lobby, and restrooms
• Assisting with cat-room duties and resort routines as directed
• Liaising with veterinary service team regarding appointments and arrivals
• Handling harnesses during check-in/check-out and ensuring suites are prepared for each pet
