Job summary

Pet Paradise is seeking a Front Desk Associate for our Winter Garden resort. You will welcome pet parents and their pets, manage check-ins/outs, coordinate suite placements, and support the veterinary and grooming teams.

Daily tasks include answering calls, responding to emails, and maintaining a clean lobby. The role requires 1-2 years in customer service, a cheerful attitude, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in a customer service role (e.g., Customer Service, Call Center, Receptionist).
• Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency and excellent service.
• Cheerful, friendly, positive team attitude.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming pet parents and pets as they enter the resort.
• Organizing and processing check-ins and check-outs.
• Walking pets for drop-off/pickup and coordinating suite placement.
• Answering calls, voicemails, and emails timely and helpfully.
• Handling cashier/point-of-sale operations.
• Communicating with pet parents and resort leadership.
• Maintaining cleanliness of entrance, lobby, and restrooms.
