Integrative Pet Care in Chicago seeks a Float Rehabilitation Assistant / Client Service Representative to support clients and their pets through the care journey. This hybrid role blends front-desk duties with patient intake and therapy support, focusing on exceptional service and accurate records.

You'll greet clients, manage appointments, billings, and questions about services while collaborating with the rehabilitation team to deliver quality paw-sitive care.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service or administrative experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in animal care and client service.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and pets, providing a welcoming front desk experience.
• Manage schedules, resolve booking conflicts, and confirm appointments.
• Maintain accurate patient records in the practice management software.
• Assist with client inquiries about services, prescriptions and billing.
• Process payments, prepare invoices, and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Keep client areas clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to deliver patient care.
• Assist with rehabilitation treatment modalities and evaluations.
