Job summary

Pet Care Plus in Chicago, IL is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of the facility, greet clients and pets, manage the lobby, and ensure five-star service for every pet and owner.

You will welcome clients and pets, check them in/out for daycare, boarding, and grooming, answer calls, schedule reservations, process payments, and assist retail customers. This role offers a friendly team, variety day to day, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and pets, check them in/out for daycare, boarding, and grooming.
• Answer calls, schedule and confirm reservations, and process payments.
• Assist retail customers and recommend products.
• Give facility tours and maintain accurate client/pet records.
• Help with potty walks, running dogs and cat care as needed.
• Keep the lobby, retail displays, and amenities clean and stocked.
