Tailchasers Pet Care is seeking a Reception Coordinator to lead our front desk operations at our Arlington Heights and Lake Barrington facilities. You will be a primary contact for clients, ensuring accurate communication of each pet’s care and smooth daily operations with the Kennel Manager.

Qualifications

• 6+ months in a customer service or reception leadership role (pet care preferred).
• Proficient with scheduling software and payment systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
• Clear, friendly communication with clients and staff; professional presence.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and grievances with empathy and professionalism.
• Accurately manage and update pet care instructions for staff and clients.
• Oversee front desk operations: appointments and payments.
• Train and mentor reception staff; support Kennel Manager as needed.
• Coordinate with Kennel Manager to align front desk and care operations.
