Job summary

Dogtopia seeks a Pet Parent Relationship Manager (PPRM) in Berkeley Heights, NJ to lead local marketing, drive sales, and boost customer retention. You will generate leads, convert inquiries to Meet & Greets, and enroll clients while upselling spa services.

You’ll foster a welcoming community, coordinate events, and train front desk staff to deliver white-glove service. You’ll build partnerships, engage pet parents, and strive to exceed sales targets while ensuring an exceptional parent

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and sales growth: drive local leads, build partnerships, and promote Dogtopia.
• Convert inquiries into Meet & Greets and enrollments; upsell spa and services.
• Foster a welcoming Dogtopia community with in-store events and social media engagement.
• Train front desk staff on sales and customer service best practices.
• Follow up with pet parents to reinforce enrollments and drive loyalty.
• Hit sales targets and elevate customer satisfaction ratings by collaborating with daycare management.
