Job summary

Dogtopia seeks a Pet Parent Relationship Manager (PPRM) in Berkeley Heights, NJ to lead local marketing, drive sales, and boost customer retention. You will generate leads, convert inquiries to Meet & Greets, and enroll clients while upselling spa services.

You’ll foster a welcoming community, coordinate events, and train front desk staff to deliver white-glove service. You’ll build partnerships, engage pet parents, and strive to exceed sales targets while ensuring an exceptional parent

What You’ll Do

Lead Generation & Sales Growth

• Drive local lead generation – Build partnerships, implement guerrilla marketing, and maximize digital ad performance on search engines and social media.
• Act as a business promoter – Network, attend events, and generate buzz for Dogtopia.
• Engage & convert leads – Respond quickly to inquiries and turn them into scheduled Meet & Greets.
• Showcase the experience – Conduct tours and Meet & Greets, emphasizing the benefits of regular daycare.
• Close the deal – Convert Meet & Greets into enrollments while upselling spa treatments and additional services.

Customer Engagement & Retention

• Foster a welcoming Dogtopia community – Create fun in-store events, social media engagement, and Dogtopia Foundation fundraising initiatives.
• Drive repeat visits & increase customer lifetime value – Build strong parent relationships and enhance their experience with additional services.
• Train the front desk team – Ensure staff is fully equipped with best practices for sales and customer service.
• Follow up & build loyalty – Communicate consistently with pet parents, ensuring satisfaction and reinforcing the value of Dogtopia enrollments.

Sales & Performance Goals

• Hit sales targets – Track conversions from leads to Meet & Greets to enrollments.
• Elevate customer satisfaction ratings – Work closely with daycare management to exceed expectations.
• Enhance parent appreciation – Ensure parents feel valued, increasing retention and referrals.
