Dogtopia in Bloomfield Hills is seeking a Parent Relationship Manager to welcome dog parents, drive growth, and enroll customers. This role blends sales, relationship building, marketing, and community outreach, not just a front-desk position.

You will own the parent journey from first contact to enrollment, build local partnerships, attend events, and coach store teams on Dogtopia standards to deliver a warm, high-quality experience.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience preferred.

• Able to confidently drive conversations and build relationships.

• Willingness to engage in local marketing and community outreach.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through proactive lead generation, relationship building, local marketing, community outreach, and sales activity.
• Manage incoming and existing leads from initial contact through Meet & Greets, enrollment, and follow-up.
• Conduct Meet & Greets and create a welcoming, informative experience for prospective dog parents.
• Ask questions, understand customer needs, explain services, and recommend enrollment options.
• Promote current offers and pre-opening offers when applicable.
• Follow up with prospective customers and boarding clients in a timely and consistent manner.
• Accurately enter customer, lead, Meet & Greets, and enrollment data into designated systems.
• Build relationships with local businesses and community organizations to increase awareness and opportunities.
• Attend local events and represent the Dogtopia brand in the community.
• Develop localized marketing activities to support lead generation and enrollment goals.
• Help create a positive and consistent experience throughout the parent journey.
• Coach the store team on the Dogtopia‑isms and reinforce the behaviors that define how Dogtopians work together and serve customers.
• Lead KPIs: lead flow, meet & greets, enrollment conversion, follow-up, community activity, and relationships.
• RAMP & Growth: build momentum before/around launch and through first year.
