Dogtopia is seeking a Parent Relationship Manager (PRM) in Downers Grove, IL. The role centers on welcoming dog parents, driving growth, and managing the full parent journey from first contact to enrollment and ongoing relationship building.

The PRM will generate opportunities, follow up with prospects, promote offers, and help establish the local community presence to support store growth. This is a sales, relationship-building, marketing, and community-facing role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Outside sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through proactive lead generation and local marketing.
• Manage incoming and existing leads from initial contact to enrollment.
• Conduct Meet & Greets and provide a welcoming experience for prospective dog parents.
• Explain services, recommend enrollment options, and promote offers.
• Enter customer and enrollment information accurately into systems.
• Build relationships with local businesses and attend community events.
• Lead local marketing activities and support store growth.
• Coach store team on brand standards and customer experience.
