Job summary

Buchanan Group Inc. is seeking a Family Service Advisor – Forever Friends to promote and sell cemetery burial rights, pet urns, and related services through partnerships with cemetery clients and community groups. The role requires strong interpersonal skills and occasional evenings/weekends as needed.

The ideal candidate will handle interment procedures, coordinate with families, and maintain relationships while meeting sales goals across Forever Friends offerings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2–3 years of service-oriented or direct sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work evenings/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Meet with At-Need families to schedule services for their pet.
• Complete interment authorizations and verifications.
• Follow cemetery policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
• Process cemetery agreements for needs property, merchandise, and services.
• Attend pet services as Forever Friends’ representative for interments/inurnments.
