Fetch is seeking a Pet Insurance Sales Associate to join our team at the Brandywine Valley SPCA in New Castle, DE. You will represent Fetch, selling pet health policies to pet parents and turning opportunities into loyal clients while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will work on-site at our partner location, communicate Fetch advantages, and build productive relationships to meet monthly performance goals. A competitive compensation plan applies.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license or willing to obtain a P&C license within 30 days of employment.
• 3-5 years of experience in an animal care role.
• Proven ability to prospect and convert opportunities into sales.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Represent Fetch at partner location in New Castle, selling pet insurance to prospective pet parents.
• Explain competitive advantages of Fetch and its products to customers.
• Record prospect and customer information in Fetch CRM accurately.
• Build relationships with partner location personnel to meet monthly objectives.
• Travel to industry events as required and participate in company meetings.
