Fetch Pet Insurance is seeking a Pet Insurance Sales Associate to join our team at the Berkeley Animal Center in Moncks Corner, SC. You will sell on-site, explain Fetch benefits, and convert opportunities into ongoing accounts.

You will maintain relationships with partner locations, manage CRM data, and collaborate with leadership to grow the business while traveling to events as needed.

Formación

• On-site sale of pet insurance at partner location in Moncks Corner.
• Active Property & Casualty license or willing to obtain within 30 days of employment.
• 3–5 years of experience in an animal care role.
• Strong prospecting and customer-facing sales ability.
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to industry events.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Fetch on-site to prospective pet parents at partner location in Moncks Corner.
• Communicate Fetch advantages and product details to customers.
• Turn prospects into loyal clients and repeat customers.
• Record prospect and customer data in Fetch CRM.
• Build relationships with partner location staff to meet objectives.
• Assess partner needs through onsite follow‑ups.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify new business opportunities.
• Communicate with peers to share challenges and successes.
• Attend monthly company meetings or check-ins.
• Manage expense budget and submit reports monthly.
• Handle all administrative tasks related to the partnership.
• Exceed customer expectations.
