Fetch is seeking a Pet Insurance Sales Associate to join the team at the Helen Woodward Animal Center in Rancho Santa Fe, CA. The role focuses on converting opportunities into sales while delivering exceptional customer service and aligning with Fetch’s veterinary insurance offerings.

Ideal candidates are goal-oriented, customer-focused, and ready to travel to events and partner locations to promote comprehensive pet insurance nationwide.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license or willingness to obtain one within 30 days (state requirements)
• 3–5 years of experience in animal care or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to convert prospects into sales and manage a fast-paced sales cycle
• Willingness to travel to industry events and partner locations
• Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented

Responsibilities

• Represent Fetch as a confident, friendly advisor to sell pet insurance at partner location in Rancho Santa Fe area
• Explain competitive advantages of Fetch and insurance products
• Convert prospects into loyal clients and repeat customers
• Record prospect and customer information in Fetch CRM
• Build relationships with partner locations to meet performance objectives
• Attend monthly company meetings as required
• Manage expense budget and submit reports
• Handle all administrative tasks related to the partnership
• Deliver exceptional customer service and protect customer trust
