Fetch is seeking a Pet Insurance Sales Associate to join our San Diego partnership. You will represent Fetch at partner locations, explain benefits, and convert prospects into loyal clients while maintaining CRM records and meeting monthly targets.

The role emphasizes a customer-first approach, travel to events, and collaboration with leadership to identify growth opportunities in a fast-paced sales environment.

Qualifications

• Peak-hour work schedule: Fri–Sun focus.
• Active P&C license or willingness to obtain within 30 days.
• 3–5 years in an animal care role.
• Daily prospecting of new sales opportunities.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and partners.
• Familiar with animal health or welfare a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Fetch at partner locations as a confident, friendly advisor to sell pet insurance.
• Explain competitive advantages of Fetch and its products.
• Convert prospects into loyal clients and repeat customers.
• Record prospect and customer information in Fetch CRM.
• Build productive relationships with partner locations to meet monthly objectives.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify new business opportunities.
