Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license or willingness to obtain within 30 days (state requirements)
• 3-5 years in an animal care role
• Strong sales and customer-facing skills
• Ability to work on-site at partner locations in Madison
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Willingness to travel to industry events

Responsibilities

• Represent Fetch at partner locations in Madison selling pet insurance on-site
• Explain competitive advantages of Fetch and pet insurance products
• Convert prospects into clients and repeat customers
• Record prospect and customer information in Fetch CRM
• Build relationships with partner locations and meet objectives
• Assess partner needs through onsite meetings
• Collaborate with leadership to identify new business opportunities
• Communicate with peers to share challenges and successes
• Attend monthly company meetings
• Manage expense reporting monthly
• Handle all administrative tasks related to the partnership
• Exceed customer expectations
