Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sell pet insurance policies to prospective pet parents.
• Communicate advantages of Fetch and competitor products.
• Record prospect and customer information in Fetch CRM.
• Establish productive relationships with partner personnel.

Skills

Ability to structure work week during peak hours

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license

3-5 years in an animal care role

Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills

Customer service skills

Consultative, solution-focused approach

Ability to think and act independently
