Fetch is seeking a Pet Insurance Sales Associate to join our Parma, OH team on-site at the Brandywine Valley SPCA location. You will convert opportunities into policy sales, educate pet parents, and deliver a first-class customer experience.

Ideal candidates have a P&C license or willingness to obtain one, 3–5 years in animal care, strong communication skills, and a proven consultative sales approach. Travel to industry events may be required, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Possess Active Property & Casualty license or willingness to obtain within 30 days (state requirements).
• 3–5 years in an animal care role or related field.
• Proven self-starter with consultative, solution-focused sales approach.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with partner locations and customers.

Responsibilities

• Represent Fetch on-site to sell pet insurance to prospective pet parents.
• Record prospect and customer information accurately in Fetch CRM.
• Develop productive relationships with partner locations to meet objectives.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify new business opportunities.
• Travel to industry events as required.
