Fetch Pet Insurance is seeking a Pet Insurance Sales Associate to join our team at the Brandywine Valley SPCA in Parma, OH. The role focuses on converting on-site opportunities to sales while delivering exceptional customer service for pet parents.

Candidates should be goal‑oriented with strong communication skills and a passion for pets. A Property & Casualty license is preferred, with travel to industry events and a base salary range of $55,000–$83,000 plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license or willingness to obtain within 30 days (state requirements).
• 3–5 years in an animal care role or related sales experience.
• Strong prospecting and face-to-face sales abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; customer-centric approach.
• Willingness to travel to industry events as required.

Responsibilities

• Represent Fetch on-site to sell pet insurance at partner location in Parma area.
• Articulate Fetch competitive advantages and product value to prospects.
• Convert prospects into customers and nurture loyalty.
• Accurately record prospect and customer data in Fetch CRM.
• Build productive relationships with partner locations to meet objectives.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify new business opportunities.
