Fetch seeks a Pet Insurance Sales Associate to represent the brand on-site at Brandywine Valley SPCA in Parma, OH. You will educate prospective pet parents on the value of Fetch insurance and convert opportunities into sales.

The role emphasizes customer-first service, ongoing partner collaboration, and achieving monthly sales and partner objectives while traveling to industry events as needed.

Formación

• Active Property & Casualty license or willingness to obtain one within 30 days (state requirements).
• 3-5 years in an animal care role or similar sales environment.
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort with face-to-face customer interactions and sales cycles.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Fetch on-site at partner location to sell pet insurance.
• Explain competitive advantages and Fetch products to customers.
• Convert prospects into loyal clients and drive repeat business.
• Record prospect and customer information accurately in Fetch CRM.
• Build productive relationships with partner location personnel and meet monthly objectives.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify new business opportunities and participate in monthly meetings.
