Fetch is hiring a Pet Insurance Sales Associate to represent our brand at a partner location in the Hillard area. You will educate pet parents on the value of comprehensive pet insurance and convert inquiries into policies.

Ideal candidates have a 3–5 year background in animal care or related sales, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to travel to industry events as needed. The role emphasizes in-person sales during peak hours and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license or willingness to obtain within 30 days (company cover)
• Proven sales experience in a customer-facing role
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to build rapport
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Represent Fetch as a confident, friendly advisor to sell pet insurance at our partner location in the Hillard area
• Explain advantages of Fetch products and compare with competitors
• Record prospect and customer information accurately in Fetch CRM
• Develop relationships with partner staff to support performance objectives
