Job summary

Fetch is seeking a Pet Insurance Sales Associate to join our team at Harbor Humane Society in West Olive, MI. You will sell pet insurance on-site to prospective pet parents, communicating Fetch’s advantages and benefits while building lasting relationships.

The role emphasizes a customer-first approach, meeting performance targets, and partnering with leadership to grow business. P&C license is preferred; travel to events may be required.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license or willing to obtain within 30 days of employment (state requirements)
• 3–5 years of experience in an animal care role
• Proven sales experience with customer-facing interactions
• Ability to build relationships using a consultative approach
• Willingness to travel to industry events as required

Responsibilities

• Represent Fetch as a confident, friendly advisor to sell pet insurance on-site at partner location in West Olive, MI
• Explain competitive advantages of Fetch and products to customers
• Record prospect and customer information accurately in Fetch CRM
• Build productive relationships with partner location personnel to meet performance objectives
• Assess partner needs through onsite focus and follow-up meetings
• Collaborate with leadership to identify new business opportunities
• Communicate with peers via chat about challenges and successes
• Attend monthly company meetings or check-ins as needed
• Manage expenses and submit monthly reports
• Handle all administrative tasks related to the partnership
• Commit to Fetch’s goal of exceeding customer expectations
