Job summary

Fetch is seeking a Travel-Focused Pet Insurance Sales Associate to roam with shelter partners and engage pet parents directly about Fetch coverage. You’ll travel up to 75% of the time across Pennsylvania and surrounding areas, building lasting relationships and driving policy sales in a fast-paced, field-based role.

Candidates should hold an active Property & Casualty license or be willing to obtain one within 30 days at company expense, and have 3–5 years in animal care with strong consultative

Qualifications

• Willing to travel up to 75% in the Pennsylvania area and beyond.
• Represent Fetch confidently as a trusted advisor selling pet insurance.
• Communicate Fetch's competitive advantages and products clearly.
• Build prospects into loyal clients with a consultative approach.
• Record prospect and customer data accurately in Fetch CRM.
• Develop productive relationships with partner locations and stakeholders.
• Identify partner needs through on-site follow-ups and meetings.
• Collaborate with leadership to uncover new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with peers remotely and participate in monthly company meetings.

Responsibilities

• Meet with shelter partners across locations to present Fetch coverage.
• Sell pet insurance policies to prospective pet parents on-site.
• Record and manage customer data in the CRM system.
• Travel extensively, including regional and national engagements.
• Attend monthly company meetings or check-ins as required.
• Manage partner expense budgets and report expenditures monthly.
• Handle all administrative duties related to partnerships.
• Maintain high customer service standards and exceed expectations.
