You will represent Fetch as a trusted advisor, communicating product advantages and maintaining strong partner relationships. The position emphasizes day-to-day field sales, administrative duties, and ongoing customer engagement.

Qualifications

• P&C license preferred; obtain within 30 days of employment.
• 3–5 years in an animal care role.
• Must enjoy speaking with people face to face.
• Ability to travel to industry events as required.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative sales approach.

Responsibilities

• Represent Fetch at partner locations in the Los Angeles area as a confident, trusted advisor.
• Explain Fetch advantages and compete with other pet insurance products.
• Convert prospects into loyal clients and repeat customers.
• Log prospect and customer information accurately in Fetch CRM.
• Build productive relationships with partner location staff to meet objectives.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify new business opportunities.
• Participate in monthly company meetings and follow-up as required.
• Manage expense budgets and submit monthly reports.
• Handle all administrative tasks related to partnerships.
