Fetch is seeking a Pet Insurance Sales Associate to join our team at the Tucson partner location. You will represent Fetch, explain the value of pet insurance, and convert opportunities into sales while delivering outstanding customer service.

The role requires an active P&C license (or intent to obtain within 30 days), 3–5 years in animal care, strong communication, and the ability to travel to industry events as needed. This is a full-time on-site opportunity with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license or willingness to obtain within 30 days
• 3-5 years of experience in an animal care role
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
• Comfort with travel to industry events
• Sales mindset with a customer-first approach

Responsibilities

• Sell pet insurance policies to prospective pet parents at partner locations in Tucson area
• Demonstrate Fetch advantages and product knowledge to customers
• Record prospect and customer information in Fetch CRM
• Build productive relationships with partner locations to meet performance objectives
• Identify opportunities for new business with leadership
• Participate in monthly company meetings or check-ins
• Manage expense budgets and submit monthly reports
• Handle all administrative tasks related to the partnership
• Deliver exceptional customer service and exceed expectations
