NVA Pet Resorts in Castle Rock, CO is seeking a Pet Host Lead to supervise the front desk and deliver a polished client experience. You will lead the front desk during shifts, coach Pet Hosts, and ensure service standards while driving reservations, promotions, and membership sales.

Collaborating with the General Manager and leadership team, you’ll manage client concerns, optimize occupancy and revenue, and maintain a safe, welcoming lobby.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or leading a team (1+ year preferred).
• Comfortable with sales conversations and membership promotion.
• Confident giving tours and explaining service value.
• Strong in customer service and conflict resolution.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Professional in written and verbal communication.
• Reliable - especially on weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily front desk operations and coach front desk staff.
• Reinforce service, sales, and documentation standards.
• Monitor reservations and revenue opportunities.
• Handle escalated client concerns with professionalism.
