NVA Pet Resorts is seeking a Pet Host Lead to supervise our front desk team, drive service excellence, and grow revenue through memberships and promotions. You will lead by example, coach peers, and ensure a polished client experience across check-in, tours, and issue resolution.

The role requires weekend/holiday availability, comfortable pricing discussions, and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs while maintaining safety in a busy resort environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or leading a team (1+ year preferred).
• Comfortable with sales conversations and membership promotion.
• Confident giving tours and explaining service value.
• Strong in customer service and conflict resolution.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Professional in both written and verbal communication.
• Reliable — especially on weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervising daily front desk operations and coaching Pet Hosts.
• Reinforce service, sales, and documentation standards.
• Monitor reservation accuracy and revenue opportunities.
• Resolve escalated client concerns with professionalism.
• Promote packages and membership initiatives; drive sign-ups.
• Conduct tours for prospective clients and explain services.
• Oversee check-in/check-out and manage waitlists during peak seasons.
• Coordinate with care, grooming, and leadership teams to ensure service execution.
• Maintain lobby safety and presentation; manage transactions and inventory.
