Job summary

We value compassionate, patient-focused care and a strong work ethic. Prior veterinary client service experience is preferred, and EMR software (Impromed) will be used for records and data entry.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a veterinary hospital, have a professional work ethic, positive personality, excellent communication skills, the ability to prioritize and complete many tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Check patients in and out of the hospital.
• Handle client invoices and process payments.
• Answer multiple phone lines, provide client education.
• Schedule appointments for exams and various procedures.
• Relay communications between doctors and clients.
• Coordinate patient scheduling with technicians and doctors.
