Job summary

Destination Pet, LLC’s Kings Crossing Animal Hospital is seeking a polished Client Service Representative to greet clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and empathy. The role focuses on making a great first impression and supporting a seamless visit.

You will answer phone calls and emails, schedule appointments, process payments, and maintain accurate records while collaborating with veterinarians and staff. A customer-service background in veterinary or healthcare is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a client service role (veterinary or healthcare preferred).
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computers and, ideally, practice management software.
• A professional appearance and demeanor, with genuine compassion for pets and their owners.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and empathy.
• Answer phone calls and emails promptly while providing accurate information.
• Manage appointment scheduling and maintain efficient client flow.
• Process payments and maintain precise client and patient records.
• Collaborate closely with veterinarians and medical staff to support patient care.

• Uphold our hospital’s standards for client confidentiality and service excellence.
