Salary Range: $18.00 To $21.00 Hourly

Excited about working with pets and a fun team?Then look no more, we are looking for a friendly, energetic, organized person to join our Client Service Team at Paradise Animal Hospital, located in Catonsville, MD.

Our hospital is a full-spectrum, fast-paced 6 DVM practice with a supportive team-oriented environment. We support our community and we love to educate our team and our clients to enhance patient care.

To succeed on our CSR team, you should be compassionate, collaborative, and self-accountable.

What do you need to be a good candidate? Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, preferrably in a veterinary hospital, have a professional work ethic, positive personality, excellent communication skills, the ability to prioritize and complete many tasks efficiently, provide a calm demeanor and have a passion for delivering exceptional care to clients and their pets.

In this position, you'll help coordinate our patient schedule while working with our techs and doctors. You'll communicate with our clients by phone, text messages, and email while using Impromed for electronic medical record keeping and data entry. Best of all, you will meet great people while helping animals live longer, healthier lives.

CSR responsibilities include, but are not limited to, checking patients in and out of the hospital, handling client invoices, processing payments, answering multiple phone lines, client education, relaying communications between doctors and clients, scheduling appointments for exams and various procedures. Our CSR team schedule includes evening and Saturday rotation shifts.
