Job summary

Croydon Pet Hospital LLC is seeking a friendly Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our front desk team. The CSR will greet clients, check them in and out, answer phones, respond to emails, schedule appointments, and maintain precise client and patient records.

We are relocating to a brand-new facility in Pasadena, MD, planned for October 2026, and are looking for an enthusiastic, professional team member who loves pets and delivering exceptional customer care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in customer service
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing excellent customer care
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in office software (experience with veterinary software is a plus)
• Veterinary experience is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn about animal care is a must
• Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure, especially during busy times
• A team player with a positive attitude and a love for pets and their owners

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting clients, checking them in and out, and addressing questions or concerns
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely, professional manner
• Schedule appointments, manage the practice calendar, and handle appointment confirmations
• Maintain and update client and patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
• Process payments and invoices, and manage end-of-day reconciliations
• Communicate with veterinary team members to relay client messages, and assist in patient flow through the practice
• Help educate clients about preventive care, treatment plans, and post-visit instructions
• Ensure the reception area is clean, welcoming, and well-organized at all times
