Job summary

Croydon Pet Hospital is actively seeking a friendly Client Service Representative to join our front desk team in Glen Burnie, MD, with a relocation planned to Pasadena, MD in October 2026. You will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a warm, professional experience and smooth daily operations.

The CSR will greet clients, manage appointments, process payments, and coordinate with the veterinary team to support high-quality care for our patients and their families.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic computer skills; experience with veterinary software is a plus.
• Veterinary experience preferred but not required; willingness to learn about animal care.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting clients, checking them in and out, and addressing questions or concerns.
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely, professional manner.
• Schedule appointments, manage the practice calendar, and handle appointment confirmations.
• Maintain and update client and patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Process payments and invoices, and manage end-of-day reconciliations.
• Communicate with veterinary team members to relay client messages, and assist in patient flow through the practice.
• Help educate clients about preventive care, treatment plans, and post-visit instructions.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, welcoming, and well-organized at all times.
